Apply for Membership in the OASIS Artist Co-operative

OASIS welcomes local artists and artisans to apply at any time. To apply, please fill out the form below. Bring (or mail) the completed application and 4 to 8 physical examples of your work to OASIS to be juried. (Juried members of the Artisans Center of Virginia are only required to submit an application.) OASIS will contact you with results in two to four weeks.

If you become a member, you will be able to show and sell your work in OASIS gallery, share in the work of operating the gallery, and help enrich the lives of others via arts outreach programs.

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, Shenandoah Council of the Arts relies on community support and on public and private grants to continue OASIS and its programs promoting the arts.   Both the Arts Council of the Valley and the Virginia Commission for the Arts provide funding through grants for artists and arts programs.
